Returns & ExchangesClick the link below to access the Faberdashery return authorization form. This must be in your package upon return or emailed to customerservice@Faberdashery.com before return takes place. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you return the unused item in its original condition within 10 business days after being received. Packages received at Faberdashery.com after the 10 day return policy has expired will result in a 15% restocking fee and a web credit for items returned. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Items must have original tags and may NOT be washed, altered, damaged, or worn. You may request an exchange or refund, less shipping costs, if any. Merchandise marked "final sale" may not be returned. All Accessories (Jewelry, Belts, Sunglasses, Hats, Scarves, Hair products, Handbags, Bathing Suits) are not eligible for refund. A store credit only will be issued upon return of these items. We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.Many products at faberdashery.com consist of antique & or vintage elements, so if any damages ever occur in your future journey with an item, we will gladly repair if possible free of charge. If you ship it back to us on your dime, we'll ship it back to you on ours once item is repaired. Canceling OrdersYou may cancel your order if product has not yet been shipped out. If the order has already been processed and shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order. ShippingOrders placed Mon-Friday before 5:00 EST will be processed that day, excluding holidays and usually ship within 1-5 business days pending availability and credit verification. You should receive an email confirmation after your order has been placed.
